This whip mount is designed specifically for the 2006 - 2008 Yamaha YZ250/450F dirt bikes.  This mount bolts up the the sub-frame where the exhaust bolts up to.  We designed this mount for those of you who want a whip mount that is out of the way and can be left on at all times if you want.   If you like our traditional seat bolt mounted Whip mount you can use that instead.  Either one will work for the 06-08 Yamaha YZ250/450F.  There is no drilling or modification of the bike of any kind.  Just bolt it on and GO!  

NOTE: This also works for 07-08 WR models as well

              This does NOT fit the 2006 WR models
